"I enjoyed the experience and will be back again but since the switch from paper check in to their electronic there are several problems. The system is extremely slow, very buggy and the hair stylist are not technologically trained for these systems. Either make a working smooth system or go back to the old system. Please and thank you."

"First time coming in. I expected a wait time, it really wasn't long at all. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. Kelly did my cut and she did fantastic. Got the MVP add on for free because it was first time, will get it again."

"We've taken our toddler here several times for a haircut, and before anyone else suggests Cookie Cutters, we know it's open in Grove City but have preferred Sport Clips until today. Our son was a little squirmy when we put him in the chair. Maybe the stylist wasn't comfortable with kids or maybe she was nervous, but she brushed his hair twice and suggested Cookie Cutters. After telling her we preferred this salon, she tickled him once, told me there was a new law in place where I couldnt hold him during haircuts and put her tools down. I don't need to hold him, we just wanted her to START THE HAIRCUT. The longer he sat there, of course he was getting agitated. She suggested another location again, and I could tell at this point she wasn't even going to attempt it. I was so disappointed. This is where we are comfortable and he has always got an amazing haircut. If kids are not welcome here, they should state that up front instead of letting us sit there and wait for as long as we did."
